The Rolling Valley Conference is switching to Bound ticketing for High School Varsity events this year. Schools in the conference (as well as many non conference schools) are switching to cashless gates. You will need to buy your tickets on bound to enter RVC games. You may also use a card to purchase tickets at the gate but it will be much quicker to enter if you have the tickets pre bought. Tickets can be found here for all of our events at West Harrison.

There is a link on our ticket site to purchase yearly passes for the 23/24 school year. This is not set up as LIVE for our school district at this time. If you need a set up a yearly pass contact our High School office at 712-646-2231.
Concessions:
As of now we do not have a card option for our concession stands. These stands will remain cash only at this time for West Harrison Events while we work on an option for our fans for future events.
Please be aware of our Football Field Concessions stand addition work. While this is under construction we will hold our Football game concessions at the baseball complex concession stand West of the baseball field or south of the football field/track.

West Harrison would like to give a huge Thank You to Performance Ag of Missouri Valley for their generous donation to our Athletic Department!! Your support of our school and students is greatly appreciated!!
All juniors and seniors and their parents are invited to the Mondamin Fire and Rescue Open House. It will start at 6:00 pm on Monday, August 28th at the Mondamin Fire Hall. This is for those who have joined Jr. EMS and those who may be interested and need more information. There will be tours and information handed out about the program which is in its 19th year. There will also be pizza and drinks.
Due to some construction completion to our concession stand addition we will have our concessions for tonight's Football Game with East Mills over at the Baseball / Softball Concession Stand. Thanks for understanding as this project nears completion.
Also just a reminder we have moved to cashless ticket taking at the game tonight. The Rolling Valley Conference has went to this option for future RVC games. We will implement it in all of our Varsity admission events. Thanks for understanding this change as well as we know it is a transition for many but we will make it as easy as possible for you.

Junior High Football practice WILL meet tonight for practice. We will hold indoor practice in our old gym and weight room facility. We will be sure to have them indoors during this heat wave. They will finish by 5:30pm for equipment handout.
Junior High Volleyball and Cross Country will start practices tomorrow and finish by 4:30 the first week with the 2:30 out schedule.
Athletes need a physical (green forms for doctor) to participate in practices/games.
Athletes need medical, concussion and insurance waiver forms (white forms) filled out by their parents and brought back by the end of the week.
They should have these forms to bring home to you tonight if they haven't already turned them in.

The football game Friday night will be livestreamed on the NFHS Network. You need to subscribe to be able to view the games. The easiest way to purchase tickets and ensure they are on your phone is to purchase them in the app. Download the Bound Sports app and then view the quick tutorial on how to purchase tickets, and where you can find them in the app. Once purchased, simply present the QR code at gate for scanning and quick entry. If you have any questions regarding your ticket purchase please use the Bound chat bubble in the lower right corner of the link provided.
The Rolling Valley Conference (RVC) has increased ticket prices to all High School Varsity Events to $7. This will be for both student and adult entry. The reason for this change is to help with rising costs of officials and athletic supplies. Our activity/athletic account is driven by fundraising, donations, and gate profits. This was a change for each school in the RVC and will be consistent at all RVC school events. Thanks for understanding and Go Hawkeyes!
7th - 12th grade students will be able to pick up their Chromebooks tonight at Back to School night. You can pick up your class schedule in the high school office and your Chromebooks will be in your first period classroom.
Reminder tonight is Back to School Night from 5pm to 7pm with a Preschool Parent meeting starting at 4:45pm. Teammates is also having a picnic meal from 4:30pm-7:30pm. Hope to see everyone tonight!!
This year the MS/HS Computer Deposit fee of $35.00 has been waived. We will no longer be requiring this deposit for the students computers.
